Description

Description of the history, design, and construction of Doughregan Manor, built by Charles Carroll "the immigrant" in 1717 in what is now Howard County, Maryland. This home was later inhabited by Charles Carroll of Carrollton. Miller's paper, prepared as part of his initiation into Phi Mu, an engineering honor society, includes photographs.
